The Falcon Bolt Dual (Electric Auto Dual 16” x 20” Heat Press With Slide Lock Platen, Foot Pedal, Laser Alignment & Table) is a fully electric dual-station heat press that requires no air compressor, making installation and operation simple and efficient. Built with a heavy-duty, industrial-grade steel frame, the Bolt Dual combines reliable construction with precise, user-friendly electronic controls.

Designed for high-volume production, the fully automatic system moves smoothly between the two 16” x 20” pressing stations, allowing the operator to prepare one garment while the other is being pressed. The slide lock platen system keeps each platen securely positioned during operation, while the foot pedal allows for hands-free activation. Integrated laser alignment helps operators quickly and consistently position garments and transfers for accurate placement.

For added operator safety, the upper heating element is surrounded by a protective heat cage, helping reduce the risk of accidental contact with hot surfaces during loading, unloading, and everyday operation.

The Falcon Bolt Dual is suitable for a wide range of heat transfer applications, including sublimation, DTF transfers, DTG finishing, screen print transfers, heat transfer vinyl, and more. Settings can be easily adjusted using the digital control system for consistent time, temperature, and pressure throughout production.

With its dual-station design, automatic operation, protective heat cage, included table, and operator-friendly features, the Falcon Bolt Dual is built to increase productivity while providing a safer, more efficient heat pressing workflow.
