Most screen printers know that getting ink on their winged floodbars' nuts can be an enormous hassle, especially when working with water-based ink, which tends to dry quickly and become even harder to clean. Unlike other manufacturers' winged floodbars, Action's Winged Floodbars have no nuts. Additionally, the screws are placed at the very top of the floodbar, keeping them away from the ink. This thoughtful design drastically cuts down on cleanup time—particularly important when using fast-drying inks like water-based formulas.
Mix less ink, put less ink in your screen, and don’t worry about scraping ink from the sides of the frame back into the well. The wings keep the ink contained, preventing it from spilling toward the edges and making your workflow smoother and more efficient.
