After laying down an underbase, the mesh can lift fibers from the garment—a problem known as fibrillation. Printing on this uneven surface reduces clarity, detail, and overall smoothness.

 

The Roller Squeegee from Action Engineering is the solution. Specifically designed for use with M&R automatic screen printing presses, it runs after the flash to press down raised fibers, creating a smooth, hard surface for your top colors.

 

The result? Sharper detail, richer prints, and a noticeably softer hand feel.
