Add between 1-10% of discharge agent to activate discharge inks. Recommended use is typically 6%. Note: Adding discharge agent to water and allowing to dissolve before adding into finished inks results in a more thorough mix.
Brite Discharge Base creates vibrant colors when blended with “Neo Pigments” and "Glow Pigments" up to 15%. Use with Matsui CMS (Color Matching Software) to create Pantone® colors. Great for printing spot color discharge prints.
Brite Discharge White is designed to be printed through lower mesh counts to establish an opaque white discharge print. Great for a spot white printing.
Mix 7-10% of Quick (All in One) Additive into ink to help extend the open time and keep the product from clogging in the screen. 35% humidity or above in your shop will also help extend the open time of water base inks, also better hand feel of a print. This additive will help wash & crock fastness at the same time.
Softener MG is a silicone softener. You can also blend in to water base inks at 10% to act as a foil release agent. Softener MG at 20% mixed in to water also makes an excellent cleaning solution for cleaning screens and mixing utensils.
Mix 1-5% of Retarder MG in to ink to help extend the open time and keep the product from clogging in the screen.
Mixing colours to achieve the exact pantone you are looking for requires precision. If a colour is even a little off, the results can be disappointing. The Solid Precision Balance Digital Scale for Mixing Systems make the job quick and easy. Specifically designed for professional use in screen print shops, this paint-mixing scale helps you to mix the right shade every time.
This particular scale can measure things up to 5000 g in weight with the precision of 0.01g. It is an electronic device, and it will display the measure on a LCD display with a backlight.
