The DPR Unwinder and Rewinder System is purpose-built for the Epson ColorWorks C6000A label printer, providing a reliable roll-to-roll media handling solution for continuous, unattended label production. Designed for print shops that need to maximize efficiency and consistency, this setup ensures perfect alignment and tension control from start to finish.

 

Each unit supports media up to 5″ (127 mm) wide with roll diameters up to 10″ (250 mm), and comes equipped with a fixed 3″ core holder for standard label rolls. The printer securely locks onto a dedicated printer plate, guaranteeing proper alignment and smooth feed throughout the print cycle.

 

Driven by a smart tension-arm system, the DPR units automatically adjust rotation direction and speed based on printer movement. The external 100–240 VAC power supply (24 V DC output) delivers stable, quiet performance, while dual control-panel buttons let operators fine-tune rotation speed and select face-in or face-out rewinding as needed.

 

For larger or heavier rolls, an optional “L”-shaped support bracket increases stability—making the system a practical, plug-and-play upgrade for professional label production environments.
