Matsui Foil Adhesive TFG 301 is an adhesive base for flock sheets, foil transfer and Reflectalite SK sheet. It has excellent adhesion qualities. Can be printed on most textile fabrics where a printable adhesive is needed.

    Application

    Print through screen mesh up to 110 mc in (43 mc cm) when cured at 320°F (160°C), Foil Adhesive TFG 301 produces the softest prints achievable in textile screen printing today. Transfer press settings: Temperature 330°F-350°F (166°C-177°C), 8-20 seconds with 30-50 psi, let it cool down and peel off the sheet.

    All heat press manufacturers are subject to different settings. Be sure to test your equipment.

    Less time for heat press will be needed for Foil transfer than for flock and Reflectalite SK sheet.

     

    Special Recommendations:

    Foil Adhesive TFG 301 should be mixed in clean vessels using clean mixing blades and utensils. Any contamination from other ink sources or non-approved additives could make Foil Adhesive TFG 301 test positive for restricted PVC’s.

    • Use Retarder MG 1-5% to help with open time in the screen
    • Use Thickener B .25-1% to help thicken the ink

     

     

    • Shake ink gently or stir before use to avoid ink separation
    • Store by closing the container
    • Do not inhale or ingest
    • Avoid flame, sparks, static electricity, and other ignition sources
    • Dispose in a safe manner in accordance with local/national regulations
