The Mimaki UJV300DTF-75 is a powerful all-in-one UV DTF printer that combines both printing and laminating into a seamless process. Ideal for producing durable, high-resolution crystal stickers, this machine works with two types of film—A Film and B Film—to create vibrant, easy-to-transfer designs suitable for a wide variety of hard surfaces.

 

Here’s how it works: The printer starts by printing CMYK+White directly onto A Film, the adhesive layer. A clear varnish coating is then applied over the ink for added durability and finish. Next, B Film—the laminate transfer film—is automatically applied with heat assistance. This serves as a "mask" layer that lifts the printed design from the A Film and allows for effortless application onto your desired surface.
