The Toyoda Falcon Electric Auto Dual 16” X 20” Heat Press with Foot Pedal & Lasers is a fully electric system that requires no compressor, making it easier to install and operate. Its design combines a heavy-duty solid steel industrial-grade pressing framework with precise, user-friendly electronics. Featuring a fully automatic function, the press opens within your desired time and smoothly transitions from one platen to the other, ensuring optimal efficiency for heat transfer applications.
The dual heat press achieves the highest standards for all common processes like sublimation, direct-to-film, direct-to-garment, screen print transfers, and vinyl. Settings are easily adjustable using the oversized digital LCD temperature controller, while pressure is regulated smoothly with an air-reducing valve. Additionally, the press and lift speed can be controlled with the restriction valve, ensuring seamless operation.
Double station heat presses like this one significantly enhance productivity by automating key tasks, freeing operators from the labor-intensive manual steps often required with traditional presses.
