· Surface Preparation

· Clean substrate thoroughly

· Remove dust, oils, silicone, coatings

· Use IPA if required

· Ensure surface is dry before application

 

  • Application Instructions / Use Instructions

1. Shake well before use

2. Clean substrate

3. Apply thin even coat with lint-free cloth / foam applicator

4. Avoid over-application

5. Allow drying time (5–15 min) - Leather, Plastic, Metal

6. Print hours: For metal materials, printing can be arranged the next day; all other materials are finished on the same day.

 

  • Drying / Cure Time

· Air dry: 10 minutes

· Accelerated dry: warm air permitted

· Full activation window: print within 1 hours except Metal.

Handling and Storage
 

  • Shake ink gently before use to avoid ink separation
  • Store by closing the container
  • Do not inhale or ingest
  • Avoid flame, sparks, static electricity, and other ignition sources
  • Dispose in a safe manner in accordance with local/national regulations
  • View MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for additional information
  • Store between 15°C–25°C

  • Keep container tightly sealed

  • Protect from freezing

  • Avoid direct sunlight

  • Keep away from ignition sources


    Shelf Life

  • 12 months unopened under recommended storage conditions

  • 6 months opened under recommended storage conditions

Compatible Materials: Stainless steel, aluminum sheet, aluminum alloy, titanium plate, melamine board, aluminum-plastic panel


Not recommended for: Electroplated parts, anodized aluminum, carbon steel


Not applicable for: Gold and silver
