Nous sommes ravis de dévoiler le dernier ajout à la gamme DTF de Mimaki : la nouvelle Mimaki TxF300-75. Cette version à 2 têtes s'appuie sur la TxF150-75, offrant des vitesses d'impression accrues allant jusqu'à 300 %, tout en conservant la même fiabilité exceptionnelle. Bénéficiez d'une efficacité et d'économies inégalées grâce à sa technologie d'encre innovante qui s'écoule en douceur à travers l'amortisseur. Contrairement à ses concurrents, la Mimaki TxF300-75 bénéficie d'une détection des buses et d'une consistance d'encre supérieures, s'imposant ainsi comme le leader sur le marché du DTF.


La TxF300-75 est la deuxième imprimante DTF (direct-to-film) de Mimaki, avec une largeur d'impression maximale de 24 pouces pour la production de feuilles de transfert DTF. L'encre pigmentaire de transfert thermique « PHT50 » pour DTF, composée de cinq couleurs (CMJN et blanc), a obtenu la certification ECO PASSPORT, essentielle pour satisfaire à la norme internationale de sécurité des produits textiles « OEKO-TEX® ».

Les imprimantes DTF ont longtemps été pénalisées par des défauts d'éjection d'encre et le colmatage de l'encre blanche. Pour résoudre ces problèmes, Mimaki a adopté une conception d'encre dégazée utilisant des packs en aluminium comme conditionnement de l'encre, ainsi qu'une fonction de circulation de l'encre blanche MCT (Mimaki Circulation Technology)*1. La nouvelle imprimante intègre également les technologies NCU (Nozzle Check Unit)*2 et NRS (Nozzle Recovery System)*3 de Mimaki qui assurent une exploitation stable. Elles garantissent une impression continue sans interruption, soutenant ainsi la production des clients.

Please ensure your printers are operating in ideal environmental conditions to maintain optimal performance and avoid potential issues. Please pay close attention to proper humidity and temperature.
