Le tunnel de séchage infrarouge polyvalent LittleRed® X3-D permet de sécher les textiles imprimés en impression directe sur vêtement (DTG) ainsi que les vêtements imprimés en plastisol, à l'eau ou en impression rongeante, et/ou les images DTF recouvertes d'adhésif, à des cadences supérieures à celles possibles avec les tunnels de séchage conventionnels. Sa conception modulaire permet d'étendre facilement la machine en ajoutant des chambres et en allongeant le tapis à mesure que les besoins de production augmentent.
Disponible en largeurs de tapis de 30, 54 et 78 pouces (76, 137 et 198 cm), il dispose d'une zone de préchauffage haute puissance qui propulse la température de l'encre au-delà de 300°F (149°C) dès les premiers centimètres de déplacement sur le tapis, maximisant ainsi la distance et le temps de séjour pour un séchage optimal de n'importe quelle encre ou adhésif, permettant d'augmenter la vitesse du tapis et le rendement du tunnel.
Les modèles X3-D-30 et X3-D-54 ont une longueur totale de tapis de 88 pouces (224 cm), tandis que le modèle X3-D-78 a une longueur totale de 102 pouces (260 cm). La chambre de chauffe pour les trois modèles mesure 41 pouces (104 cm) de long et est équipée en standard d'un système d'extraction puissant et ciblé pour évacuer rapidement l'humidité et les polluants atmosphériques de la chambre de chauffe, tout en refroidissant l'enveloppe et les commandes.
Avec une seconde chambre X3, les modèles LR-X3D-30-2 et LR-X3D-54-2 peuvent supporter une production plus importante, y compris les temps de séjour plus longs nécessaires.

Modular Expandability Allows Your Dryer to Grow With You
The capacity (belt speed) of all Vastex floor standing conveyor dryers can be doubled or tripled as new or when needs increase by simply adding one or two modular heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to invest in a larger dryer than you need at the onset, and avoids the high cost of purchasing a new dryer when your needs increase.

The Little Red X3-D-30 model is equipped with a 30 in. (76.2 cm) wide conveyor belt and three 24 in. (61 cm) wide infrared heaters (8900W @ 240V total wattage) and can cure 360+ plastisol-printed garments/h, 185+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and up to 51+ garments/h inkjet printed with digital white ink at 3 minutes dwell time.*
The 54 in. (137 cm) wide LittleRed X3-D-54 model cures 720+ plastisol-printed garments/h, 370+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and 103+ garments/h inkjet printed with digital white ink or pretreated for DTG printing at 3 minutes dwell time.*
The 78 in. (198 cm) wide LittleRed X3-D-78 model accommodates up to three rows of garments, and cures a whopping 1080+ plastisol-printed garments/h, 555+ water-based or discharge-printed garments/h, and 155+ garments/h inkjet printed with digital white ink or pretreated for DTG printing at 3 minutes dwell time.*
