Le détachant Top Spray est une solution de nettoyage professionnelle à action rapide conçue pour éliminer les taches d'encre, d'adhésif et de production indésirables sur les vêtements et les tissus. Formulé pour être utilisé avec des pistolets de détachage électriques, il cible rapidement les zones problématiques tout en aidant les décorateurs à sauver des vêtements qui devraient autrement être jetés.

Idéal pour les environnements de sérigraphie et de production de vêtements très fréquentés, le détachant Top Spray peut éliminer l'encre plastisol polymérisée et non polymérisée, l'encre à base d'eau, les résidus d'adhésif, la graisse, l'huile, la saleté, le latex et d'autres taches non alimentaires. Sa formule à séchage rapide aide à minimiser les retards de production tout en ne laissant que peu ou pas de traces visibles après le traitement.

1. Read the current Safety Data Sheet and the electric spot-cleaning gun manufacturer's instructions before use.

 

2. Test first on an inconspicuous area. Confirm colour fastness and compatibility with the textile, coating, trim, adhesive and equipment surface.

 

3. Lay the garment flat and taut over a clean, dry vacuum spot-cleaning surface or clean absorbent backing. Ensure effective local exhaust is operating before application.

 

4. Using a compatible electric spot-cleaning gun, apply short, controlled bursts and the smallest effective amount. Work from the outside edge of the stain toward the centre so dissolved ink is drawn through the fabric.

 

5. Do not allow solvent containing dissolved ink to run across the garment. Replace or reposition backing material if it becomes wet or contaminated to prevent ink from transferring back onto the fabric.

 

6. After the stain is removed, lightly feather the perimeter of the damp area to avoid a sharp ring or outline. Repeat only as necessary and avoid oversaturation.

 

7. Allow the treated item to dry completely under effective exhaust before handling further, packaging, heating or returning it to production.
