Le caoutchouc conducteur de chaleur est une éponge de silicone alvéolaire unique qui contient de très fines particules de céramique mélangées au polymère pour améliorer ses propriétés thermiques. Ce caoutchouc conducteur expansé aide à distribuer la pression et à protéger les matériaux délicats dans la presse à chaud. Le caoutchouc se monte entre le téflon et le plateau.

 

L'ajout du caoutchouc vert permet d'imprimer et d'estampiller par-dessus les coutures. Vous pouvez maintenant matifier les fibres et durcir l'impression UB sur presque tout ce qui a une couture, comme les cols en V, les débardeurs, les t-shirts pour femmes et pour jeunes sur de grandes palettes.
