The TMBP2-XC offers the largest embroidery field in the single-head machine lineup. It is a single-head cylinder type standard model and is for all types of embroidery, from small items to large products.

 

The TMBP2-SC is a standard single-head cylinder type embroidery machine capable of embroidering over a wide field. The maximum embroidery field is 550 x 600 mm, Tajima’s largest single-head embroidery field, and can handle large embroideries on dresses, sports jerseys, tablecloths, curtains, bedding, and more. Also, as with our other single-heads, a wide variety of frame types are available, allowing embroidery on a wide range of items such as caps and bags.

    In addition to embroidering large items using the wide embroidery field, the frame can be changed to accommodate smaller items such as caps, bags, and socks. This single head machine can embroider a wide variety of items, large and small, with high quality embroidery.

    The embroidery field can be further expanded with the X extension unit’s dedicated frame (optional) and table (optional). It is suited for embroidering large flags, store awnings, etc.

  • New auto thread trimming device
    New auto thread trimming device

    Eliminating the picker makes exchanging bobbins easier. It also provides more stable trimming and a 40% improvement over conventional machines in shortening thread tails on the reverse side of the fabric.

  • Design position adjustment function
    Design position adjustment function (corrects framing misalignment)

    Even if the fabric pattern is slanted in framing, it can be corrected from the operation panel, with no need for repeated attempts to reframe.

    • An invisible beam of light surrounds the work area of the machine while sewing. Breaking the beam stops the machine

    • Picker has been eliminated to cut down on bird's nests ensuring deduction in product loss

    USB Enabled

    • Data can be transferred to the controller via USB Flash Drive or LAN machine connection.

    Trimmed Needle Plate

    • A shorter distance between the needle hole and the edge of the trimmed needle plate offers an increased embroidery area on many items.
