Le gel pour palettes PMI est un adhésif durable de haute qualité conçu pour améliorer l'efficacité et la constance de la sérigraphie. Grâce à une couche d'adhésif en gel de 1 mm d'épaisseur du côté du vêtement, il offre un pouvoir collant longue durée, restant efficace pendant plusieurs mois. Les feuilles de 15,5 po x 21 po s'appliquent directement sur les palettes, éliminant ainsi le besoin de ruban adhésif pour palettes.

 

Adhésif sur les deux faces et capable de supporter jusqu'à 100 000 impressions, le gel pour palettes PMI garantit que les vêtements restent bien en place pour des impressions constantes et de haute qualité à chaque fois. L'une de ses caractéristiques remarquables est son changement de couleur activé par la chaleur — passant du vert au jaune lorsque les palettes atteignent 120°F (49°C) — assurant des conditions d'impression optimales. Le préchauffage des palettes permet à l'encre de circuler en douceur à travers le maillage, empêche l'encre d'adhérer au dessous des écrans, maintient la constance de l'impression du début à la fin et accélère même les temps de séchage.

 

L'entretien est simple, car les peluches et les débris peuvent être facilement nettoyés avec de l'eau et une éponge à récurer, prolongeant ainsi la durée d'utilisation du gel. De plus, les feuilles de protection sur les deux faces assurent une application lisse et sans tracas.

Step 1: Clean the Pallets
Ensure the pallets are clean and dry for optimal adhesion of PalletGel.

Step 2: Apply PalletGel
Align the back edge of PalletGel with your pallet. While keeping the opposite end lifted, use a squeegee card or another rigid tool to smooth PalletGel onto the pallet. Take your time during this step to avoid air bubbles, as PalletGel is designed to remain on your pallets for an extended period.

Step 3: Tape the Edges (Important)
Remove the top release liner from PalletGel and secure all four edges to the pallet using masking tape. This will help shirts slide on and off easily and prevent PalletGel from lifting over time.

Step 4: Clean as Needed
Remove lint from PalletGel using water and a scrub pad. Once the water evaporates, PalletGel will regain its stickiness. If ink gets on PalletGel, use an on-press cleaner to remove it.
