The Ikeuchi AirAKI® System is a high-performance Dry Fog humidification solution built for industrial environments, with proven benefits in the printing and packaging industry. By delivering ultra-fine fog droplets (10 µm or less) that never wet surfaces, AirAKI® ensures precise humidity control across large spaces or targeted areas. The result: elimination of static electricity, fewer print defects, smoother paper handling, and consistently higher print quality.

Designed as a full facility solution, AirAKI® requires air and water piping and is mounted to the wall or ceiling for permanent integration. The green unit attached to the system is the AKIMist® nozzle, which produces the Dry Fog. Each nozzle can handle up to 3,500 cubic sq. ft.

For added flexibility, the AE-UT attachment can be mounted onto the nozzle, allowing operators to easily adjust nozzle spacing for precise fog distribution.
