The Toyoda Falcon 17" x 24" Curing Oven is designed for efficient and reliable curing of large film sheets, including common sizes like 13" x 19", 14" x 16", 16" x 20", and more. Built with a durable aluminum alloy heating element at the bottom, it offers excellent heat distribution, long-lasting performance, and high resistance to damage.

 

Silicone sealing strips ensure an airtight environment for even drying and curing with no dead corners—achieving optimal fusion and curing results every time. It cures most transfers in under 60 seconds at 230–248°F (110–120°C), helping you maintain a fast, efficient workflow. A built-in, interchangeable smoke filter on top helps maintain a clean, odor-free workspace during operation.

 

The user-friendly digital control panel allows for precise temperature and time settings. Once configured, the curing process starts with the push of a button, and an acoustic signal lets you know when the film is ready to be removed.

1: Power On: Ensure the oven is connected to a power source (AC110V 50/60Hz) and that the grounding wire is properly secured.

2: Start-Up: Turn on the left master switch. Set your desired temperature and countdown time to begin preheating.

3: Begin Curing: Once the oven reaches the set temperature, place the printed film with adhesive powder into the baking area.
Press the countdown switch, close the baking cover, and the curing process will begin.

4: Completion: When the countdown ends, an alarm will sound. Open the baking cover to stop the alarm and remove the cured item.

5: Repeat Use: For additional batches, simply close the cover to restart the countdown—no need to press the button again.
