Tous les séchoirs BigRed disposent de deux systèmes d'air indépendants : un échappement de 600 cfm qui descend à travers la courroie et élimine complètement l'humidité et les fumées, et un système « d'air d'appoint » de 400 cfm qui filtre les peluches et les contaminants de l'air entrant dans la chambre de chauffage. De plus, ces modèles sont dotés de deux commandes de température pour les quatre éléments chauffants et d'un lit de refroidissement unique à la sortie qui accélère le refroidissement du vêtement pour un retrait rapide. Les autres caractéristiques de sécurité incluent un "mode de refroidissement" pour la mise hors tension et une tour d'éclairage pour surveiller facilement l'état de la sécheuse.

Modular Expandability Allows Your Dryer to Grow With You
The capacity (belt speed) of all Vastex floor standing conveyor dryers can be doubled or tripled as new or when needs increase by simply adding one or two modular heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This eliminates the need to invest in a larger dryer than you need at the onset, and avoids the high cost of purchasing a new dryer when your needs increase.

(46 cm) wide conveyor belt has a heating chamber the full width of the belt, and can dry Digital White Ink at rates up to 34 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 81 garments/hr with water-based ink or discharge, and cure up to 162 garments per hour with plastisol ink.*
The LittleRed® X1D-30 with a 30 in. (76 cm) wide conveyor belt features a 24 in. (61 cm) wide heater and can dry Digital White Ink at rates up to 29 pieces per hour at 2 minutes dwell time, or up to 65 garments/hr with water-based ink or discharge, and cure up to 150 garments per hour with plastisol ink.*
For larger garments, or to increase production, the LittleRed® X1D-54 with a 54 in. (137 cm) wide conveyor belt features a 48 in.
