The Toyoda Falcon UV Flatbed Printer with Visual Positioning is a high-precision production platform designed for shops that demand accuracy, consistency, and versatility across both hard-goods UV printing or polyurethane (soft-touch, silicone feel) badge production.

 

Powered by an advanced CCD camera system, the Falcon enables real-time object detection and one-click visual alignment, eliminating manual positioning, guesswork, and the need for jigs. This results in faster setup, highly accurate overprints, and repeatable results—ideal for short runs, variable data, and custom applications.

 

Built on a high-precision aluminum-alloy vacuum flatbed, the system uses a built-in turbofan to securely hold materials in place during printing, ensuring stable media handling and precise ink placement across the full printable area.

 

The Falcon’s UV soft ink and UV DTF + polyurethane workflow unlocks a new range of decorative possibilities. Print vibrant colours, dimensional 3D effects, and matte or glossy finishes with exceptional durability—while maintaining a soft, flexible feel for apparel and sportswear applications.

 

Designed for production environments, the printer features easy-access left and right side doors for simplified maintenance and servicing, reducing downtime and improving day-to-day usability.


Important: Choose rigid ink for printing on hard goods or flexible ink for producing stretchable polyurethane badges. Once installed and filled with ink, the machine is intended to remain dedicated to the selected ink set.
