The RB Onyx DTF Grey Medium Anti-Sublimation Powder is a polyurethane hot-melt adhesive powder designed specifically to help reduce dye migration and sublimation from polyester fabrics during the DTF transfer process. Its grey formulation creates an additional barrier between the garment and printed design, helping maintain the intended colours of your artwork after heat pressing.

RB Onyx DTF Grey Medium Anti-Sublimation Powder provides strong adhesion while maintaining a soft, flexible hand feel. It offers excellent stretchability, wash resistance, and durability, making it ideal for professional DTF production on polyester garments where traditional adhesive powders may allow garment dyes to migrate into the transfer.

  • Powder should NOT be applied on the printer platen. It needs to be applied AWAY from the printer. Application near the printer increases the risk of printer damage if the printer "breathes" in the adhesive powder into the intake fan by the electronics near the back of the machine. Damage to the printer for inappropriate use may not be covered under warranty.

  • Please wear Personal Protective Equipment (eyeglasses, mask, and gloves) when working with DTF products. The fumes from curing the powder can be hazardous.
