Le Processor II E™ est tout simplement le meilleur système d’impression et de séchage en ligne multicolore disponible. Il est doté de colonnes à quatre piliers plus larges et de têtes d’impression robustes fermées, avec des extrusions deux fois plus larges que celles de la génération précédente. Les fonctionnalités comprennent des panneaux de commande à écran tactile principaux aux stations de chargement et de déchargement, ainsi que des panneaux à écran tactile secondaires à chaque tête d’impression. Les réglages de la tête d’impression et des UV peuvent être contrôlés depuis n’importe quel écran tactile. Le Processor II E peut prendre en charge jusqu’à huit caméras transmettant la vidéo vers un écran d’affichage surdimensionné, permettant aux opérateurs aux stations de chargement et de déchargement de surveiller de près chaque tête d’impression et le processus de déchargement.

Le hors-contact électronique, les vitesses d’impression et d’encrage, l’arrêt avant et arrière du chariot et le décollement électronique sont saisis sur n’importe quel écran tactile. Le décollement électronique commence à zéro à partir de la position de départ de la course d’impression. Les opérateurs peuvent utiliser la fonction Job Recall™ de M&R pour enregistrer chaque paramètre d’impression et de séchage en tant que travail nommé par l’opérateur, puis rappeler ce travail pour les tirages ultérieurs. Les travaux peuvent également être associés à un code-barres, qui peut ensuite être scanné à partir d’une liste principale ou des documents accompagnant les tirages.
