The TMBR2-SC is a high-end single-head cylinder type embroidery machine that allows you to add a wide variety of embroidery to finished products. Available in up to 15 colors, it is suitable for name and emblem embroidery on uniforms, hats, socks, bags, etc., and for embroidery processing in stores. This next-generation Tajima features a digitally-controlled presser foot (DCP) which provides a precise and beautiful finish, regardless of the material, network access, and a slim cylinder design for easier access. The reinforced Wide Cap Frame has enhanced the embroidery stability whereby increasing the rotational speed to 1000rpm. TMBR2-sc is also equipped with the largest touchscreen controls available on the market!

DIGITALLY CONTROLLED PRESSOR FOOT (DCP) REDUCES FLUTTERING
A digitally controlled presser foot that responds to changes in fabric thickness stitch by stitch. Accurate and beautiful embroidery from thin to 3D embroidery with no settings required. The machine reduces the fluttering of the fabric at the start of sewing and during thread trimming, minimizing problems such as skip stitch and thread trimming failure.

What is “ fluttering”?
“Fluttering” occurs when the material is lifted up during embroidery which causes skipped stitches, miss-trimming, and reduced quality stitching. -
The DCP can be adjusted randomly according to the material thickness on the operation panel. It simplifies the mechanical process that was previously required and time consuming.
