The M&R Management Production Reporting (MPR) software enables productivity monitoring of multiple M&R presses across a computer network via a web browser. Productivity is tracked with results displayed graphically through the system dashboard with downloadable equipment efficiency reports. Users can compare performance from press to press, operator to operator, and against industry or company expectations.
MPR monitors and reports on a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been developed by a group of highvolume screen and digital printers. MPR software will work with select M&R presses with single or dual ethernet ports.
By tracking the daily uptime of a specific press, the speed of order production, and the types of prints produced, shop owners can determine their equipment efficiency for each M&R press in their workshop, and make production decisions to change their job workflow to increase print output and quality.
