Comment fonctionne DTF ?

Le Toyoda Eagle utilise un film de transfert PET translucide pour produire des transferts numériques brillants. Il peut tout faire, des étiquettes monochromes aux impressions pleine grandeur. Le film PET mesure environ 0,75 mm, ce qui permet de meilleurs transferts. Les films utilisés sur le Toyoda Eagle sont alimentés en rouleaux et conçus pour un pelage à froid.

Le procédé Direct to Film n'a que 2 ingrédients pour produire des transferts. Encre et adhésif en poudre. L'adhésif en poudre se dessine sur l'encre et forme une liaison adhésive permanente qui adhère extrêmement bien aux tissus en coton et en polyester.
